This class will provide you with guidance to safely restore your post-pregnancy body including education on early recovery from vaginal delivery to C-Section scar care. Guidance will be provided on simple stretching and beginner “Inner Core” muscle strengthening program. Activation of “Inner Core” is important for prevention of injuries associated with daily activities such as infant care and a great way to safely return to your favorite exercise program. Presented by UC Irvine Health, Women's Healthcare Center and Center for Fetal Evaluation, Patricia Morita-Nagai, PT, WCS and Winnie Ma, PT, DPT.
