Fit Squad is a mobile unit providing FREE fitness and wellness programs to faculty and staff throughout the UCI community.

Step Up UCI is a FREE pedometer based walking program designed to encourage better health by increasing your typical daily activity.

Cheer Up UCI is a FREE online program designed to give you tangible techniques to practice to reduce stress and increase calm and confidence.

Pump Up UCI is a FREE exercise program designed to show you 15 basic resistance exercises and encourage participants to begin or improve on their current strength training activities.

Green Up UCI is a FREE online program designed to encourage participants to become aware of their personal impact on the environment and live a greener life.

CPR/AED & First Aid Certification is offered FREE of charge to UCI faculty and Staff. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive an American Red Cross First Aid certificate that is valid for 3 years and an Adult CPR/AED certificate valid for 1 year. More info>
