UCI Wellness Ambassador Program - Ongoing
Play an important role in creating a healthy work environment and culture at the Main UCI Campus and UC Irvine Medical Center by becoming a Wellness Ambassador. Wellness Ambassadors are employees who care about their personal well-being and the well-being of others. If you have enthusiasm and passion for wellness, then be part of our team to help create a healthier UCI.

Fit Squad - Fitness Program - Ongoing
A fitness program designed to get you moving. Join your UCI co-workers for a quick, convenient workout during your work-week. Workouts for UCI Faculty & Staff are offered at different times at all UCI locations. Register for the 10-week class series. Fee Required. Workouts include classes such as Yoga, Zumba, and Stretching.

UCI Diabetes Prevention Program

UCI Diabetes Prevention Program - Ongoing
A year-long, onsite Center for Disease (CDC) recognized Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) proven to reduce the risk of diabetes. The program follows the Prevent T2 Curriculum and is FREE to all qualified UCI employees.

Step Up UCI

Step Up UCI - Walking Program - Spring 2023
Annual walking incentive program designed to encourage better health by increasing your typical daily activity. Log steps to earn incentives. Participate individual or as a team.

IM Sports

Staff Intramural Sports - Ongoing
Intramural staff leagues offered each quarter with various sports at both the UCI Campus and Medical Center. All levels welcome.

Self Defense

Self Defense - By Request for UCI Health
A hands on 1-hour self defense class in which employees can learn and apply personal safety concepts including situational awareness, self-defense tools, accurate threat assessment, and practical defense.

UCI Health Faculty Wellness Program - Ongoing
A joint-collaborative effort between the UCI School of Medicine and Susan Samueli Integrative Health Institute for UCI Health Faculty. Ongoing wellness program efforts for UCI Health Faculty include the Faulty Resource and Mentorship Program, Interactive Screen Program and Mindfulness Courses.
