120-minute after work interactive stress management workshop. Through the use of heart rate monitors, participants can see in real-time the effects of breathing exercises, meditation, and exercise on the body.

|UC Irvine Health Patient Health Education Classes
UC Irvine Health offers a many different health education classes and support groups to help you live well, whether you are a UCI employee, patient, family member, support person or a member of the community. Classes and support groups cover a number of subjects, including smoking cessation, cancer support, parenting preparation, lowering cholesterol, meditation, asthma and more. Several classes are offered in Spanish.

|Smoking Cessation Classes (Campus)
Thinking about quitting? You don't have to do it alone. Join your fellow Anteaters at one of the seminars provided free of charge to the entire UCI Community (Faculty, Staff, and Students). Participants receive free nicotine patches, Quit Kit, workbook, and counseling.
|CPR/AED First Aid Certification Course (Campus)
Presented by UCI Campus Recreation, this course is offered at a discounted rate of $25 to UCI Campus faculty and staff ONLY. Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive an American Red Cross First Aid certification that is valid for 3 years and an Adult CPR/AED certificate valid for 1 year.
